Our policy

We understand that buying digital products online is a decision of trust. This page explains exactly when a refund is possible and how to request one.

Digital sales are final

Because ISO document packs are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales become final the moment a download link is generated and the content has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital downloads and is required to protect authorship of the documents.

When a refund is available

We will issue a full refund in any of the following cases:

  • Delivery failure — you completed checkout but the download link never arrived or cannot be generated.
  • Duplicate charge — your card was charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Gross misrepresentation — the pack you received is materially different from what was described on the product page (not merely a matter of preference).

When a refund is NOT available

  • You changed your mind after downloading the pack.
  • The documents require adaptation to your specific context (this is expected — our packs are templates, not turnkey certificates).
  • You discover a pricing change after purchase.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the charge via the contact page.
  2. Include your order ID and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review within 2 business days and respond with a decision.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue directly and faster than your bank can.
